All types of Block paving, Flag stones, concrete and Tarmac can be treated and pressure washed for the complete removal of all moss, weeds, lichen and algae growth, restoring the original finish and appearance. The application of our own brand Fungicdes eradicates even microscopic spores from the surface and pre-vents regrowth for as long as possible.
We specialise in all aspects of Stain Removal from Paving, Brick and Exterior surfaces. OIL, PAINT, CEMENT, RUST etc..
Block paving is always Brushed in with a kiln dried sand after any Pressure washing, this is to re-pack the joints or gaps between the blocks preventing any movement in the structure when driven over etc.. also providing an attractive finish.
With wider gaps between Flag stones we offer a traditional pointing service.. Using only high quality Cement Mortar mixtures and a hand trowelling method dating back hundreds of years, our pointing will last for decades. We have found modern, brush in Grouting compounds to be unfit for purpose long term.
We take pride in providing a neat and tidy service. We never flush any mess down drains and always thoroughly rinse surrounding areas wih our rinsing attachments immediately after cleaning to ensure no mess is left behind. Any “Aco” drains are cleared/ flushed and exposed windows sprayed and wiped clean.
We are proud to be the North East’s leading specialist in all aspects of Paving cleaning, Driveway cleaning, Brick / Stone Cleaning, Soft wash Roof cleaning and more. Proud to have Dozens of 5 star reviews online.
Many satisfied, returning customers in areas across the region Including Gosforth NE3, Jesmond NE2, Whitley Bay NE25 NE29, Tynemouth NE30, Cramlington NE13, Darras Hall & Ponteland NE20, Hexham NE46, Corbridge NE45, Morpeth NE61, Whickham NE16, and Stocksfield NE43. Also postcodes NE10, NE9, DH8, DH9 and many more.
Soft wash Roof cleaning removes moss, algae and Lichen growth to restore the original appearance of the tiles, this is carried out using all necessary access and safety equipment, all surrounding areas are covered when necessary and no mess is left behind. We have carried out hundreds of these jobs over the past 15 years and have the experience required to complete this potentially hazardous and damaging job safely and effectively without issue, causing no damage to even the most sensitive of Roof tiles. Check out our customer reviews Below.
Wood Decking can be effectively Cleaned by first applying our Fungicidal solution to the surface, allowing that to work then gently pressure washing with a specific attachment, this breaks down and removes the layer of surface algae without damaging the wood. In cases of ingrained algae discolouration we repeat this procedure to ensure the best possible results and provide that like new finish time after time, prolonging the life of your Decking and preventing Rot and splitting.
Wood Fences can also be cleaned using this procedure and this is recommended before any re-painting or colour staining takes place.
Over time a layer of algae, moss and Black/White lichen spots can build up on Brick and Stone work, especially in shaded areas or near foliage and plants, this can be removed also using our soft wash procedure revealing the original surface underneath and re-storing the original appearance.
Pressure washing and surface cleaning is a skilled trade and not to be undertaken by unqualified amateurs, errors can cause permanent damage to surfaces and in worst case, damp ingress and structural problems. Rest assured we are highly trained and experienced to complete even the most challenging jobs efficiently and safely every time. Transforming the appearance of homes and businesses and cleaning up across the North East for 15 years.
Whatever the surface to clean, whatever the mess.. we can usually help, with many hundreds of satisfied domestic customers you can rest assured you are in safe hands.

15.01.2021 Came fast and removed Graffiti from my shop shutters and sign. Thank you 🙂
06.01.2021 Very Impressed with the young men who cleaned our large Block paving driveway this week, we had our reservations as to how well it would clean up as its been down for over 30 years and was in a rather miserable state. We had considered renewing the driveway but after being recommended ASC we decided to have it cleaned and re-sanded, this proved to be the right decision as for a fraction of the cost we'd of paid to re-new we now have what looks like a brand new driveway.. Blocks that were once Black and green with white spot growth rife are now Salmon pink and immaculately clean throughout. POSITIVES: Cleared up well and left no trace, returned promptly to brush in sand. Good attitude and customer service.
12.12.2020 Thanks for a Fantastic job. Nice and clean in time for Christmas. Please feel free to put my 5 star review on your website / page. Kind regards.

22.08.2020. Thank you so much for looking after my Mum, you certainly cheered her up and I quote "worked miracles" cleaning her decking and patio area. Wont hesitate to call you guys next time.
16.08.2020. After a bad experience with cold callers Jet washing and leaving a mess/ cauing damage to our roof.. We were reluctant to have this done again, however we were recommended ASC by a friend and decided to give them a try. We were impressed with the attitude of the two young men and observed them take great care to complete the job efficiently and tidily. Both the Roof and Block Paving cleaning aspect were completed as arranged and to a high standard. Contained and disposed of the moss removed from the roof. Would recommend without hesitation.

Mrs 13.08.2019 Excellent service from a friendly and polite young man. Very thorough, clearly taking a pride in your work. A far superior Driveway cleaning service in comparison to what we've experiepnced in the past with non-specialist firms. Look forward to seeing you again.
22.02.2019 Second to none for Oil stain clean up and removal, we know we can rely on ASC when accidents happen. Great service from start to finish.
24.01.2019 Can't thank you enough for the rapid response service received today after our business was vandalised over the weekend with Graffiti. Came out within a couple of hours and cleaned it off completely, even from the window frames. Had the job done before the Council had even returned my call. Thank you.
20.07.2018 Just a quick email to reiterate how delighted I am at the recent work you undertook for me at my home in Darras Hall. Initially I needed to change the date of the work with you, twice, and you were very accommodating. You are pleasant, polite and hard working and obviously take a personal pride in your work, which is reflected in your attention to detail, ensuring work is completed to a very high standard. All paths, drive and patio areas were cleaned and despite them being very stained and some problem areas of moss, they now look as good as new. Being a keen gardener, I was worried of any potential plant damage, however you were very careful to avoid planted areas and I can report all plants and grass are unaffected.
14.06.2018 My Husband and I are very pleased with the work we had done, our Patio looks good as new, it really was in a bad way and we did not expect such good results. Great value for money in comparison to the massive expense of replacing the flags.
08.06.2018 A Note to say thank you for all your hard work cleaning and re-sealing our Imprinted Concrete driveway, we found you both to be very polite and helpful. We are very pleased with the job you did and have passed your number onto a couple of our friends. Kindest regards.
19.05.2018 Thank you for your hard work, we have had our large Patio cleaned by other companies in the past but it did not clean up as well as when I used you guys, so glad those annoying black spots are gone!, very friendly and thorough also with rinsing off etc, didn't go un-noticed. Thanks again.
13.05.2018 the lads at ASC came on time and worked hard cleaning and sealing the stone on the front of our house, they did a fantastic job and left no mess behind. Looks great now. I was happy with the price paid, it was less than we'd been quoted by another firm. Would certainly recommend.
27.04.2018 Job well done! I am surprised how well our tiled floor cleaned up, especially the grout. It makes a surprisingly big difference to the room and we were very impressed with your attitude. Look forward to seeing you again.
05.04.2018 Thanks for the cleaning job on our Decking, we couldn't believe how clean it came up, it brightens up the garden, also i wont have to worry about the kids slipping on it now. Reliable, tidy and cheaper than i expected. Can't fault.
25.03.2018 You made a great job of cleaning my driveway this week, the block paving was filthy, now it looks good as new, very impressive results I must say. We have unfortunately fallen victim to rogue tradespeople in the past for this line of work and were slightly reluctant to have it done again, we were assured there would be no mess left behind and indeed there was not, very thorough indeed. Thank you.
We'd like to say a big thank you to all the customers that provided us with testimonials for use on our site.
